Our Top Graphic Design Picks for 2017

From logos to social media graphics, digital and print advertisements and beyond, graphic design is the glue that holds together your organization’s branding or messaging.

When used as an effective aspect of a brand strategy, visuals work hand-in-hand with words to tell your business or group’s story, share an offer, or attract new customers. The look and feel of your business or group’s images will depend on its niche, or type of industry.

Whether we realize it or not, colors are integral in marketing. The message you tell will largely be communicated through the color(s) you choose.

Blue, which signifies trustworthiness, is a common color my creative director uses in marketing materials for our small business mentoring client, as well as another nonprofit client, whose focus is on educating real estate investors. Likewise, green, which denotes wealth, is another hue incorporated in these clients’ graphic design components. Red, on the other hand, which energizes and excites, is perfect for anyone passionate about wine – or an association of local wineries.

Our team at Katalinas Communications has had the opportunity to create a variety of brand and product-specific designs for these and other clients in 2017. We’ve showcased our favorites for the year in the gallery below.
